Admission Requirements

For Bachelor’s Degree:

For Master's Degree:

Tuition Fee

  • Public university tuition is subsidized but international students pay full fees.

Living Expenses

  • Living costs are generally higher in Singapore compared to other Southeast Asian countries, but still manageable with part-time work or scholarships.

  • A typical budget requires showing proof of a year’s tuition + living expenses (~SGD 40,000–60,000) for visa approval.

  • Accommodation: SGD 400–1,500

  • Food: SGD 300–500 

  • Transport: SGD 100–150

  • Utilities, Mobile & Internet: SGD 100–200

  • Miscellaneous (books, insurance, entertainment): SGD 200–400

Part-Time & Post-Graduation Jobs

  • International students studying at approved institutions (like NUS, NTU, SMU) with a Student Pass are allowed to work part-time up to 16 hours per week during term time.

  • They can work full-time during school holidays, but only if their school approves and they meet immigration rules.

  • Common part-time jobs include internships, retail, F&B, or university-related work. Permission from the school is often required.


Post-Graduation Work Options

  • After graduation, students can apply for a Visit Pass (Long-Term Visit Pass – LTVP) to stay in Singapore and look for jobs.

  • If hired, graduates can be sponsored by an employer for a Work Visa (such as the Employment Pass or S Pass), depending on the job type and salary.

  • Singapore is a business hub, especially strong in tech, finance, logistics, and healthcare, offering many career opportunities for qualified graduates.
